Amazon's Retail Video Games team is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join our merchandising team. This role will work directly with multiple internal teams, including In-Stock Managers, Vendor Managers, and Site Merchandisers to optimize Amazon.com for the Video Games product line. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, results-driven, capable of handling multiple tasks, and communicating with different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer experience by optimizing the Video Games homepage and category pages and drive promotions based on merchandising calendar.
- Work closely with marketing team and drive traffic for the store through multiple traffic channels, which include but not limited to website, e-mail, free search, sponsored link, etc.
- Create and drive high quality website content to improve conversion.
- Analyze website and traffic metrics and suggest action items accordingly.
- Work with both local and global teams to create new or improve existing tools, processes and features.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience in marketing or e-commerce merchandising
- MS Office
- Knowledge in HTML & XML
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated history of tool or process improvement
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with frequent contact with US business team
- Superior multi-tasker, great at meeting multiple deadlines
- Excellent presentation and organization skills
