Specific Responsibilities :  - Conceptualize and implement an engagement program driving customer usage and retention on the Amazon mobile properties. Identify and create customer segments and leverage internal marketing channels to drive ongoing engagement.  - Innovate and implement test and learn strategies. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements.  - Partner with cross functional teams to build a yearlong calendar of events   - Conduct a monthly audit to analyze engagement and retention metrics  - Work with advertising agencies and internal teams to build a creative approach and communication  - Program manage content driven marketing initiatives  Basic Qualifications :   - 4+ years of relevant work experience in online marketing, mobile marketing, and/or product marketing.  - Experience in creative marketing / advertising background preferred  - Mobile Advertising experience  - Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention-to-detail.  - Comfort rolling up sleeves to perform quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions. High level of aptitude with Excel (pivot tables) required, and with SQL (basic queries) desired.  - Strong time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.  - Composed, poised and professional demeanor.  - Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.  - Bachelor's degree required.  - MBA required  - Experience in mobile eCommerce, mobile marketing or product management for wireless products/services strongly preferred.  - Expertise in the online and/or mobile market.  Preferred Qualifications : Agency experience with exposure to creative work
