Amazon - Manager - Program Management - Amazon Accelerator Program - Softlines Private Brands Team (7-13 yrs)
Amazon is looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic leader to manage strategic and new programs in the Softlines Private Brands team.
The Manager, Program Management will lead the Amazon Accelerator program and our co-branding initiatives, and work with seller, manufacturer and brand partners in India to create the next generation of customer-loved fashion brands on Amazon. The role will also partner with worldwide stakeholders in launching successful global brands on Amazon India.
The leader heads a team of program managers to manage the above programs across a large portfolio of brands in apparel, footwear and accessories. S/he will define the 3-year ambition and be accountable for the annual operating plans for these programs. S/he will manage overall business metrics, and drive efforts to onboard new sellers, grow selection and improve our core customer inputs. The role will be responsible for identifying category opportunities, building a robust lead pipeline, launching new brands and ensuring the success of these brands in the program. S/he will work with global teams on launching new features and expanding the suite of benefits we offer to these brands. S/he will need to demonstrate strong business acumen in managing a wide variety of external partners and in delivering business growth.

- Prior experience in a fashion or ecommerce organisation is an added advantage
- Has been in a people management role for at least 2-3 years
- Prior experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or in managing a business initiative in a customer-facing role
- Proven expertise in setting up processes and building playbooks
- Ability to manage senior leadership relationships internally and externally
- Relishes ambiguity and change; devises frameworks to resolve and prioritize
- Consistently exceeds goals in driving business growth
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
