Job Description :

The Unified Account Management (UAM) team is responsible for driving AM initiatives, program managing large accounts, broad basing seller success and owing the seller lifecycle journey for IN 3P business. We are looking for a Manager, Program Management to help shape the future of the UAM Program. This role will have a high degree of autonomy and you will also be responsible for Program Management of New initiatives which would involve incubation and running programs responsible for broad basing seller success. S/He will get an opportunity to work with various stakeholders and teams across the Amazon organization.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Create operating plan and mechanisms to broad base seller success

- Lead a team of Account Managers with key KPIs related to seller growth and accelerating the Amazon flywheel for newly launched sellers on marketplace

- Track, measure and report on key metrics which capture progress of the program

- Incubate and scale up mechanisms to improve AM productivity

- Develop strong root causing mechanism to deep dive on issues and drive course correction

- Explore linear and non-linear methods of seller engagement. Work with Product/Program and Marketing teams to enable technology based solutions for seller engagement

- Analyzing the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.

- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution

- The successful candidate will be someone who thinks and plans ahead, prioritizes short and long term

- Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business "by the numbers". Must be metrics-driven.

Prior Experience and Skills :

- More than 2+ years of experience in Sales/Account Management/Business Development functions.

- MBA degree required

- Passion for e-commerce is required.

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- Proven ability to manage the business "by the numbers". Must be metrics-driven.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to handle high degree of ambiguity

- Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage.

- Deep understanding of the retail landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors is desirable.

- Program Management experience with technical skillset of SQL, CRM and Project Management Tools are desirable.

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications :

- Experience in people management

- 3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- 3+ years experience in program or project management

Prior Experience and skills :
