Content Marketing Manager (Level 5) Job Description Amazon Seller Marketing team is changing the way India thinks about selling online. We are looking for a smart &amp; creative Content Marketing Manager to guide our seller marketing story and evangelize selling on Amazon. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager for our Content Marketing efforts under Seller Marketing. The Content marketing manager will own the content strategy (text and video), messaging platform as well as create content, programs, and advertising assets for use across earned, owned and paid platforms. Content Marketing will span all industry segments with the objective to drive both awareness and trust about selling on Amazon. - He/she will plan, coordinate &amp; implement content creation, working with other marketing and 3P stakeholders when necessary, create and execute content distribution strategy to increase reach and penetration of the content that we create. - He/she will lead relationship with external agencies for creating video stories that communicate our vision and drive awareness about selling on Amazon. The content marketing manager will also own all communication going out from the seller marketing team to ensure that it adheres to our communication tenets. What will your responsibilities include? - Establish and execute a content marketing strategy that includes both top of funnel and mid funnel content. Content types may include: blogs, published articles, website content, case studies, infographics and success story videos - Identify and create seller stories that drive awareness, inspire potential sellers and educate them about ease of selling on Amazon - Field and publish content &amp; stories to position Amazon as a thought leader for Selling online - Leverage data in a way that informs your messaging and design decisions. Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of content creation and marketing experience - Experience in corporate communications, blogs and video-based success stories - Strong bias for action: ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to create compelling marketing collaterals, review and provide constructive feedback to improve content across the team - Exceptional reading and writing skills; ability to distil complex concepts into simple messages. - Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence. - Experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, PR, Legal, and Research - Strong editorial/content background and proofreading skill - Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment - Experience with MS Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, and design tools Preferred Qualifications - Creative agency, and/or digital advertising and advertising technology experience - Demonstrated experience in setting and driving Brand and Content strategies and working cross functionally to delivery final content - Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
