The candidate must also be comfortable with web technologies and driving product development to support large partners.  Basic qualification :   - Proven experience in business development  - Keen understanding of online advertising models   - 5+ years in Business Development or Account Management B2B customer-facing roles   - Experience using Microsoft Excel to do analysis and reporting   - Excellent written and oral communication skills required   - Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple work-streams   - Ability to establish credibility and work with business and technical owners   - Bachelor's degree required   Preferred Qualifications :  - Experience in driving partnerships and integration with premium online destinations in India   - Experience in dealing with banking partnerships  - Online Marketing, Ecommerce or strategic partnerships experience preferred   - MBA Preferred   Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
