We are looking for a hands-on, detail oriented and highly motivated individual to lead the brand marketing and insights team on the Amazon Business marketplace (AB). The candidate would lead a team of Marketing Managers to drive top of the funnel awareness for AB and manage performance marketing channels to acquire new customers. The candidate will have to work closely with category, product and customer engagement team within AB. Additionally, the candidate also needs to collaborate with global AB teams, A.in Central Marketing, PR and Product teams to drive growth. The position is based at the Amazon India headquarters in Bangalore and will have people management responsibilities. Key job responsibilities: - Owner of brand awareness and customer acquisition for the business - Build long-term strategies for customer acquisition and lead the team in execution over the short/medium term - Collaborate with Amazon.in Central Marketing, AB Global Brand marketing and PR teams to build long term strategies to drive brand awareness for AB - Work closely with AB global teams on developing marketing and product roadmaps to make it simple and delightful for customers to join Amazon Business - Build the right content targeting framework across customer cohorts to maximize conversion. Work with the global content team to drive search engine optimization for AB to drive traffic - Mentor and develop a team of high-performing marketers - Collaborate with Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to identify and convert data analysis into actionable insights for customer acquisition - Deliver brand marketing and customer acquisition outcomes within financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and monitoring results - Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : - MBA from Tier 1 B-School, with at least six years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing - Proven track record in driving adoption of consumer-facing products/services - Proficiency with analytics, performance monitoring, advertising deployment and attribution tools and ability to do deep data analysis to develop recommendations - Should have managed large-scale budgets to deploy across media on both performance and brand marketing outcomes - High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Experience in directly leading operational and project teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : - Work experience in consumer product sales/marketing or in e-commerce. - Prior experience influencing C-level executives.
