Role and Responsibilities : - Be a thought leader in coming up with innovative solutions to simplify the seller problems with intuitive, closed loop and high engagement solutions - Understand the services ecosystem and come up with innovative propositions to lift seller capabilities. Synthesize, analyze and report factors for growth. - Lead the development of the strategy and vision for multiple areas and create buy-in both internally and with key external partners. - Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer and seller experience, performance and operational support load. - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. - Hire and manage a team of world-class product, services and marketing, providing guidance and direction to achieve the team vision and strategy. Partner with sales and operations teams to drive adoption. - Seller Success: Drive product innovation to improve self-service capabilities for sellers to achieve and grow online sales success.
