About the Role: Sr. Engagement Marketing Manager, Prime Video IN

- Prime Video is seeking a senior marketer to lead subscriber growth and engagement marketing for Prime Video Channels based out of Mumbai. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial minded candidate who wants to work in a start-up like environment and is passionate about digital media and new costumer experiences.

- The role will accomplish this through gleaning valuable trends through data analysis, mapping the customer journey, defining customer segmentation, ideating a marketing plan to deliver success against these customer segments and phases, building a testing roadmap, and working with key stakeholders to execute this roadmap across a variety of owned and operated marketing channels including email, push notifications, merchandising, and other internal services. This role will work closely with Prime Video's automation team, automating successful campaigns to achieve scale.

- The candidate should be a seasoned marketer with deep customer marketing knowledge, and broad marketing experience across a wide span of disciplines including acquisition, engagement, and/or product marketing. Candidates will have experience working cross-functionally across internal and external teams, and driving programs that reach millions of customers, as well as an aptitude for data analysis. A mind for innovation, thinking big, and learning through testing is highly valued.

- Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, defining ambitious plans and goals, building programs and processes to scale, and operating daily at the highest level. This role provides an opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- 8+ years of professional including go-to-market launch management, acquisition, engagement, product marketing, or partner marketing

- Experience owning creative input, development and execution from concept to completion

- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to c-suite stakeholders

- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

- Ability to transform thinking quickly from high-level, strategic thinking into auditing detailed execution

- Excellent communications skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to senior executives

- Writes with laser-sharp clarity, using data to support assertions while still inspiring new thoughts and solutions

- Ability to juggle a range of projects across Amazon teams balancing quality and speed

- Ability to work across channels to set and report on KPIs

- Advanced management degree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to deliver through 10+ product, marketing and business teams in India. A creative bent of mind, coupled with sharp analytical skills, high ownership and customer obsession, and proven ability to influence without authority will be critical to succeed in this role.

- When successful, this leader will influence tens of millions of customers to choose Amazon as their preferred destination for consuming entertainment content.

- Growth and opportunity sizing: Work backwards from customers' needs to develop and articulate a bold vision for Prime Video Channels growth and engagement

- Goal setting: Set business and customer engagement goals and KPIs by clearly understanding different cohorts and their CX needs - establish monthly, quarterly and annual goals for the business

- Marketing Operations: Execution the vision proposed by systematically executing a well-defined program with clarity on projects, ownership, and delivery timelines

- Business Reporting: Publish program performance through weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews

- Stakeholder Management: influence senior management across 10+ teams to support the delivery of program goals by aligning on the problems, proposed solutions, effort and timelines

- Customer Experience: Simplify the CX and develop a clear marketing strategy on Amazon via a thorough experimentation [A/B Tests] roadmap.
