Amazon - Fleet Operations Manager

- The program manager will be a part of our middle mile organization and would be responsible for driving key programs significant for building a high quality and reliable fleet for ATS and improving logistic partners experience through a bouquet of Value Added Services (VAS) .

- The program manager would be responsible for designing, launching and managing a suite of services and vendors that enable our middle mile logistic partners.

- The Program Manager will be a single threaded leader who is responsible for defining the scope of the services, launching new products and features and overseeing vendor relationships on products that simplify the Logistic Partner experience.

- You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization (program, product & tech) and own the results with leadership, responsible for delivering adoption and customer satisfaction .

- You will develop and oversee mechanisms to evaluate program health, ensure the products are fit for purpose through direct engagement with the customer.

This person will be comfortable in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced and ever-changing environment and willing to roll-up their sleeves to dive deep and effectively partner with internal and external teams.

Key job responsibilities:

- Scope and execute programs to build a fleet of high quality and reliable vehicles for ATS

- Create and drive Value Added Service programs on the basis of logistic partners and market requirements to meet industry standards

- Develop strong, value-add partnerships and managing 3rd party companies.

- Influencing internal and external stakeholders/partners, and building partnerships across a wide range of 3P partners

- Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver

- Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics

- Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions
