The Worldwide Customer Service Finance team is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing business in India to support the India Customer Service team. You will partner with Operations teams to provide insightful analysis to support the future investments in this space. You will also build and leverage an extensive cross-functional partnership with consumer retail businesses and finance teams to drive cost reduction while improving customer experience.

Job Responsibilities include :

- Drive financial controllership, build monthly financial metrics, analyze variances to forecast and communicate to senior management on key drivers

- Manage data in financial systems, and create insightful reports to drive business decisions

- Reconcile financial reports across different businesses; drive process improvements, automation, and consistency

- Drive regular metrics reviews, as well as analytical support through deep-dive analyses

- Improve tools, processes, scale existing solutions, create new solutions as required based on stakeholder needs.

Basic qualifications :

- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in positions that require business analysis

- Relevant experience within operations, financial analysis, business process analytics environment, within a fast-paced metrics driven environment

- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, while also seeing and understanding the big picture

- Strong bias for action, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects

- Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving with exceptional accuracy on provided figures

- Solution driven approach to systems and processes

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced skills in Excel is a must

Preferred qualifications :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business finance

- Advanced analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills required

- Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional team

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

- Advanced Excel skills is a must
