Client Solutions Manager, Fashion Vertical- Amazon Advertising

Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of eCommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital display and video advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach customers on Amazon.in, users of Amazon FireTv and MiniTV and other high quality sites across the web (via Amazon DSP). About role :

- We are looking for a hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly-motivated client solutions manager to help scale our growing advertising business. You will work with advertisers and other Amazon business partners to manage media campaigns, ensure strong campaign performance and deliver positive return on investment for our emerging and growing advertisers. You will also lead dedicated programs to scale display advertising.

- You should be passionate about understanding business drivers for advertising performance, the range of Amazon products available to our advertisers and engaging with internal and external partners to deliver on these. This is an advertiser facing role that is also responsible for identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and long-term growth. You will deliver consultative solutions for your advertisers earning their trust by educating them on how to be successful via Amazon Ad Products.

Key job responsibilities :

The responsibilities of the Client Solutions Manager would comprise of :

- Engage with CXOs/Ecommerce & Marketing heads of large brands within the category and act as an Amazon Advertising consultant and product expert. Consult and educate advertisers with insights and solutions to achieve greater results on Amazon

- Leverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meet clients' goals

- Own end-to-end key business metrics like ad revenue and active advertisers for a complete category for Amazon advertising (Display and Video Ads)

- Create and drive processes and initiatives to differentiate Amazon as an advertising destination and improve advertiser impact

- Lead initiatives which require significant cross team collaboration

- Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficiencies

Basic Qualifications :

- Excellent data driven and analytical skills - you create and deliver compelling insights and stories

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail

- Proven experience in managing categories / business verticals

- Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

- High bias for action required

- Master's degree from Tier 1 B-school

- 2+ years of post-MBA experience

Preferred Qualifications :

- 2+ years of post MBA experience in Consultative Sales

- Bachelor's degree: Engineering / Commerce preferred

- Ecommerce experience

- Fashion Industry Experience

- Digital advertising experience managing large advertisers/digital first advertisers
