Candidate will define and drive business development domain for Amazon Pay Payouts business vertical. As end to end owner, you will work with external partners/corporates to connect with CXO stakeholders to lead, manage & drive closer of newer tech integrations along with their product, tech, finance & business lead stakeholders. Apart from external merchants single threaded owner to manage internal stakeholders along with Tech, Product, Finance, Analytics, Compliance, Marketing, Legal & Business Leaders to improve financial efficiency on Payout use cases. This role calls for an individual to showcase strong business development acumen, technology product sales, technical know-how on tech-products, skills set towards new product development, working closely with product to drive new product innovations to drive revenue scale
- Define Business GTM roadmap to drive Payouts business stream through existing and new product launches via corporate clientele, start-ups, aggregators and payment technology partners.
- Drive external merchant partnerships independently with key CXO level stakeholders (CEO/CFO/Product Head/CTO, etc) spread across start-ups, enterprise/strategic corporates to influence & prioritize APay Payouts product integration by working along with their Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, etc.
- Business lead owner to drive defined revenue goals with new merchant launches and defining engagement mechanism with existing clientele to drive increase in wallet share.
- Working customer backwards to drive new product development, or product enhancements by working along with product, tech to prioritize defined requirements.
- Deep dive and analyze key business performance metrics, identify gaps and define measurement frameworks to support actionable insights.
- Own entire Payouts PnL for driving efficiencies on cost, driving health of business, launching newer monetization avenues.
- Drive business reviews with leadership and partner teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and business development goals.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with external strategic partners, capture market insights, VoCs, newer CX flows, customer anecdote feedback and influence their roadmaps to adopt to Amazon Pay products.
- Lead automation to drive efficiency within Payouts to scale up through Business Development engagements with 3P partners, aggregators, etc.
