About our team in brief :   CRM Team : Focuses on building customer information and relationship. Along with providing consumer information, insights, the team will carry the goal of increasing the proportion and business contribution from the highly engaged and loyal customer base.   - Specifically, they will work on sharpening the understanding of customer buying behavior across categories and form factors, segmenting them on customer health parameters, planning specific projects to drive the High Value Actions with the respective cross functional teams and driving them either directly or through influence.   - They will own setting up mechanisms to monitor and benchmark customer health analytics to drive a common understanding of our progress across Customer these metrics.   - Highly visible role with a lot of x-functional engagement with IN and Global Teams.   Business Analyst :  Specific Responsibilities :  - Own Analytics for Consumer Marketing Team - Consumer insights, Secondary Benchmarking, Category-level Customer Lifecycle  - Build scalable tracking models for Customer Lifecycle Management   - Identify and create actionable customer segments by working with x-functional stakeholders [Category/ Product/ Mass Mktng]  - Innovate and implement test and learn strategies. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and implement ongoing improvements.  - Build and Own a monthly audit to analyze engagement and retention metrics  - Build Predictive Models for Targeting specific to IN Customer Behavior   - High level of comfort with Primary/Secondary Research and Data Triangulation  Basic Qualifications :  - 3+ years of relevant work experience in ecommerce/m-commerce/retail analytics space  - Experience in consumer insights, primary/secondary research and data triangulation techniques.   - Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention-to-detail.  - High degree of comfort to own/lead statistical/quantitative analysis and reach sound conclusions and disseminate findings to mobile mktng leadership/other stakeholders.   - High level of aptitude with SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Excel (pivot tables) required  - Strong time-management skills.   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.  - Bachelor's degree required.  - MBA desired  - Experience in analytics preferred   Sector experience : Ecommerce/m-commerce/Retail preferred   - Experience in Machine Learning/Big Data etc preferred  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
