Brand Marketing Manager - Digital (FMCG/Retail companies only)  The Amazon team is looking for an experienced, results-driven marketer to execute on marketing initiatives across categories for a new initiative.   The successful candidate for this high impact role will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem solving, have proven data analysis skills, demonstrate great voice and content creation chops (i.e. strong writing skills), show strong ownership and commitment, have proven experience in managing projects, and bring relevant insights in marketing and merchandising.  The Marketing Manager's primary responsibilities will include :  Consumer Marketing :  - Conduct Customer usability studies, online and on ground surveys and derive actionable insights and run measurable tests using available tools to build customer awareness and trust for the new initiative.  - Partner with Retail Category Marketing Managers on category specific awareness initiatives; create standardized goals across individual categories and measure efficacy of marketing and merchandising efforts and customer satisfaction  - Build and drive initiative specific events (including PR stories calendar with PR team) to acquire new customers, drive higher mobile share and increase number of product ratings.  Brand Partnerships :  - Develop, execute and track standardized marketing programs for each vendor tier as defined for the new initiative. Create customized marketing plans for top brands and be part of the pitching team.  - Develop beneficial programs/tie-ups for both Amazon and the brand - Example: Intranet offerings and deals for large organizations [Philips employees, P&G] exclusively from Amazon  - Work towards creating co-op opportunities with brands by creating brand stores, brand launch plans, monetizing current assets etc.,  Work closely with brands to develop customer facing content and guides.  Paid Traffic channels - Associates & SEM :  - Setting up couponing, more deals or flash sales to get Associates interested in the Category  - Identifying and signing up brands as associates or offline congregation points, as they would drive high intent traffic  - Partnering with Sponsored Links team to activate SL and PLA campaigns for launched products.  Experience :  - Work with Category PM and develop/bring in widgets/features on site for better customer experience. These will be specifically initiatives that benefit customer visual experience onsite  Traits for the successful candidate include :  - Ability to think customer backwards to come up with new ideas and fast execution of same  - High ownership and bias for action to drive specific initiatives with multiple stakeholders  - Impeccable data backed judgment and the backbone to disagree when customer experience is at risk  - Detail oriented and well organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and prepared to deal with rapidly-evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment  Basic Qualifications :  - MBA degree from a reputed institute  - 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing  - Experience using web metrics to gauge trends and evaluate content  - Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools (SQL).  - Experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions.  Preferred Qualifications :  - Experience as a brand marketer  - ATL/BTL marketing experience  - Experience in Customer Research & insights projects  - Experience in cross-functional project  Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
