Amara Raja Group - Head - ERP Transformation

Role Purpose:

- Implement and Maintain SAP Enterprise Architecture including SAP HANA, BI/BO, Ariba, C4C, IoT across the Group of companies

- Lead SAP Projects verticals including IT and Function Teams to drive large Multi-Company, Muti-Location Implementation

- Lead Large SAP Vendor teams to drive High-quality implementations

- Connect with all Business and Functions Heads to drive Successful SAP Implementations and drive Support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Digital Enterprise Journey for Amara Raj+B12:C24

- Define and drive SAP Enterprise Architecture for Amara Raja Group

- Lead SAP HANA, BI/BO, Sales/Service Cloud, Ariba, SAP IoT Implementation for all Amara Raja Group companies

- Drive SAP Implementation to well-defined Plan and Budget

- Head Amara Raja ERP Team to drive Projects and Support for all Amara Raja Group Companies

- Drive High-quality implementations with Vendors

- Engage with all Business and Function Heads to drive smooth Implementation

- Manage Cross Functional Issues to drive timely Blueprint, Testing, and Rollout

- Leverage New Technologies like SAP Fiori, HANA, Mobility, and Portals to Implement the SAP Enterprise Architecture

- Implement SAP GRC to build all effective controls within the SAP System

- Leverage support from SAP, SuccessFactors, and other Vendors to resolve issues timely

- Manage Project Budgets to deliver to planned budgets

- Build effective skillsets in SAP Team to minimize customizations of SAP System

Desired Profile:

- Qualification: BE (Computers), MCA, MBA Preferred

- Minimum Exp. :18 yrs to 25 yrs SAP Project Management experience (at least 5 years as HOD)

- Experience with Implementing Multiple SAP Greenfield Projects
