Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Business Development
Qualification: B.Tech / BE / M.Tech (EEE)

Job Responsibilities:
- Through Experience and Knowledge on Railways Business Development and Tendering
- Knowledge on Railways OHE and Traction Substation works
- Registering with consultants and submitting the company profile
- Presenting the credentials & submitting the offer
- Presenting the site Survey Report & Reviewing with customer for Customization
- Review, consolidate and circulate all queries to the concerned
- Organizing the Meeting with Customer for Techno commercial discussions/final negotiation
- Compiling the Entire correspondences from the offer stage to Completion stage with the Help of PRM
- Supporting/Liasoning with Customer & CFT for Meeting the Project Requirements.
- Search for tenders, scan tender information and update tender master register
- Review of QR & Scope of work, preparing Tender synopsis and circulate to PRM
- Identify appropriate JV Partners and send requests for their credentials, if we are not meeting the QR of tender
- Apply and purchase Tender documents and forward a copy of tender document to CFT for comments
- Co-ordinate with Engineering & PRM for Site Survey Report & Review of the same
- Preparation of Tender costing MIS, Tender documents and Suitable offer in consultation with CFT and get approval for Tender Submission
- Prepare and Send request for EMD
- Submission of Tender Documents
- Collecting the tender opening details, If L1, send status of tender along with TS and Schedules to the concerned, If not L1, Organise meeting for Lost order Analysis
- Send Request for attending Customer Review Meeting to the concerned
- Review with client and accept the LOA if all terms are agreed upon mutually, Notify the client & seek LOA amendments if any of the LOA terms are not acceptable
- Send regret Letter if terms are not mutually acceptable
- Prepare and submit Performance Bank Guarantee
- Submit duly filled tender submission & order handover checklists along with all necessary documents to the concerned
- Coordinating for QMS activities w.r.t BDP
- Maintain record of Project Completion Certificates
