Roles And Responsibilities :
This position is responsible to increase the user engagement in the App ecosystem using the below product initiatives :
- Customer Experience and defining engaging customer journeys Gamification hooks Referral Systems Loyalty Program Community building
- Design gamification strategies and loyalty program roadmaps that lead to desired behaviors and achieve monetization
- Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience.
- Engage with customers & partner with internal stake-holders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication, Growth) on existing products to implement and improve engagement and stickiness metrics
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and decide best strategy to enhance product
- Communicate and create wireframes/UX observations for visual designers.
- Work closely with the technology team on implementation and integration.
- Coming up with new game ideas to add value to the offering.
Required Skills :
- 2-5 years of experience in data analytics and gamification/loyalty
- Experience in leading and driving execution with cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and the ability to understand business
- Ability to analyze and simplify complex systems
- Experience in app ecosystem is preferable
- Experience in implementing products using Agile methodologies
