Job description
We are looking for a Marketing Lead with proven credentials and rich experience (Min 7yrs).
Candidates from Edtech industry will be given added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of inbound Marketing, outbound marketing techniques
- Ability to plan brand marketing projects
- Create user acquisition plans basis inbound and outbound marketing spends and organic growth. Create strategic initiatives with product team for customer acquisition and project user base basis spends and activities planned
Desired Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate is someone with pedigree in formal Education, capable at strategic planning for brand and audience & growth hacks. Additional experience with start-ups will be preferred.
- The candidate should be able to create an annual marketing plan in line with clear brand and product activities and resulting audiences and brand recall.
- Ability to be the industry facing personae of Safalta, forging alliances and collaborations to support rapid audience acquisition and extend the brand positioning beyond traditional spaces.
- A self-driven mind, who has the ability to set-up and train the marketing team, play an active cross-functional role with content teams on one end and sales teams on the other.
- The candidate is expected to be able to have a deep understanding of marketing communication and digital promotions, taking aesthetic decisions around language and designs used in all marketing and promotional plans.
- An MBA in marketing, the candidate is expected to be abreast with all the latest techniques of Digital marketing, web & mobile space.
Candidate must have experience in ATL/BTL marketing and Digital marketing
