As a Visual Merchandiser for Amala Earth, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging product displays and layouts to drive sales and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with various teams including marketing, design, and product management to ensure that our website effectively showcases our products and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curating Product Collections: Selecting and arranging products into collections or themes that resonate with our target audience and align with current trends and seasonal promotions.

- Creating Visual Displays: Designing visually compelling product displays, banners, and promotional graphics for the website homepage and category pages to highlight key products and promotions.

- Optimizing Product Presentation: Ensuring high-quality product imagery, accurate product descriptions, and effective use of visual elements to showcase product features and benefits.

- Managing Merchandising Calendar: Planning and executing merchandising initiatives according to the marketing and promotional calendar, including product launches, sales events, and holiday promotions.

- Analyzing Performance Metrics: Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, sales data, and customer engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Working closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align merchandising efforts with overall business objectives and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

- Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce merchandising to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.

- Optimizing User Experience: Continuously optimizing the user experience by testing and refining merchandising strategies, navigation flows, and website layouts to improve usability and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Previous experience in e-commerce merchandising, retail visual merchandising, or digital marketing.

- Strong creative and design skills with proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.

- Solid understanding of e-commerce principles, including SEO, user experience design, and conversion optimization.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and innovation in visual presentation.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
