Senior Manager / Head of CRM
Key Objectives of the job
- Ownership of CRM and Customer Retention
- Conceptualise and lead shopping journey across outbound (email, sms, push, whatsapp), platform and programs (upsell, cross sell, referral etc)
- Conceptualise and lead Customer Retention efforts across Amala Earth
CRM
- Set up customer life-cycle campaigns (welcome, browse/search, cart, checkout) across multiple outbound channels (email/sms/push)
- Plan Monthly promotional calendar for CRM along with Category and Digital Marketing team for channel level targets of visits, orders, revenue, conversion & ownership of the numbers
- Work on customer segmentation & targeting to reduce churn, notification/user & to target the right customer with the right messaging
Customer Retention
- Increase year on year & quarter on quarter repeat rate, CLTV of customers through right segmentation & offerings
- Drive reactivation from Dormant Base, increasing order frequency of active base through various initiatives
- Drive upsell & cross-sell, new to category orders to give incremental revenue & drive order frequency
Key Skills
- MBA from top tier B-school with 5-7 years of experience
- Excellent understanding of multichannel CRM tool / CDP like moengage etc
- Experience in handling CRM or retention in an e-commerce company
- Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills.
- Team handling experience in the past along with managing senior stakeholders in business functions and ability to drive results in demanding situations
- Strong grip on data and sales process, ability to manage team members to achieve outcomes
- Growth mindset to deliver revenue using new ideas, growth hacks & sustained practices
- Sense of aesthetics to govern the copy and creatives produced by internal teams, and ability to judge what's best for customers as well as a business growth
