Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Amala Earth. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue growth through Google ads. You will have a proven track record of success in driving profitable customer acquisition campaigns, and you will be able to use data and analytics to optimise campaign performance.

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple google ad products like search, shopping, pmax, youtube and UAC campaigns.

- Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, and targeting to drive profitable customer acquisition.

- Develop and implement testing plans to optimise campaign performance.

- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement

- Work with the creative team to develop ad copy, landing pages, and other creative assets

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, analytics, and engineering, to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are cutting-edge and effective.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience of 4-6 years in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaign

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

4. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

5. Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to drive insights.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies.

8. Experience in B2C/e-commerce is a must.

9. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) from IIM or ISB or IIT will be preferred.
