Job Title: Growth Head

Role Overview:

The Growth Head (Chief Growth Officer) is responsible for leading and implementing strategies to accelerate the company's customer base, revenue, and overall business growth. They work to optimize various aspect of the business to achieve sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.

2. User Acquisition: Implement and oversee user acquisition campaigns, which may include digital marketing, partnerships, content marketing, and social media marketing.

3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously analyse and optimize the conversion funnel to improve user conversion rates across various channels and platforms.

4. Product and Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding product offerings or entering new markets, and work with product teams to execute these strategies.

5. Data Analysis: Analyse user data, market trends, and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions and refine growth strategies.

6. Experimentation: Encourage a culture of experimentation and A/B testing to discover what works best for driving growth.

7. Customer Retention: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.

8. Partnerships and Alliances: Explore and cultivate strategic partnerships with other businesses to expand the customer base and create mutually beneficial relationships.

9. Budget Management: Manage the budget for marketing and growth initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

10. Reporting and KPI Tracking: Regularly report on the performance of growth initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a start-up or e-commerce environment.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- A deep understanding of Digital Marketing and Product.

- Excellent communication and strategic thinking.

- Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
