Senior Associate Pre-sales :

Amagi Looking for Senior Associate for supporting the International sales team. The role involves helping sales team with proposals, providing RFP responses, designing and implementing rate cards for Amagi's product offerings, coordinating with Amagi pre-sales technical teams.

Roles (Not limited to) :

- Formulates competitive bids/estimates/quotations, considering best available solution and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation. Ensures quotations are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.

- Responsible for proactive & business minded support for establishment & improvement of business.

- Responsible for supporting Sales Manager in generating & and long-term profitable business for Amagi by working closely with sales & delivery of customer projects, & in technical problem solving to translate identified opportunities into detailed technical offering, & proposals

- Manages the preparation of all technical and financial aspects of the bid/estimate/quotation, indicating prices and trading conditions

- Maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Provides any necessary technical support to sales persons during technical meetings with customers.

Requirements :

- BE/B.Tech with MBA from reputed college

- 4+ years of experience in Customer facing roles/Sales roles.

- Fast learning capability in new technology domains

- Ability to do multi-tasking is essential

- Good written and spoken communication skills with flair for writing good documents

- Go-get attitude and positive outlook on making the customer engagement a success
