Currently, we are looking for a seasoned digital marketing leader to join our consumer and product Marketing team and lead one of the biggest digital marketing efforts for amagimix.com and make it a brand to benchmark with for SMEs wanting to advertise on TV.  This role will be in charge of all digital marketing efforts on and of Amagi the parent brand and one of its flagship media-commerce product - www.amagimix.com. Primarily this leader will manage two big areas - digital channels and on-site marketing for Amagi MIX.  Digital traffic channels include all on-line/digital marketing channels that make amagimix.com the most visited B2B platform in India and support in building key long-term content assets, new customers, market new TV channels coming on the platform, build marketing assets of TV channels to create traction. Create offers, discounts, promos and execute them. Be on top of analytics and tweak strategy/create region-specific strategy to build traction for different regions in India.  Onsite marketing includes all cross-site activities such as agency workshops, offline events including creating annual big properties /events/based on seasonality to create exponential traffic on the site.   This is an important, high responsibility and high visibility role for Amagi and we are looking for individuals who have proven track record delivering big and ambitious goals and share a passion to build the something from scratch and create and execute new ideas.  Detail Responsibilities Include  - Build detailed road-maps and milestones for amagimix.com digital marketing to grow and scale the platform.  - Work closely with product and engineering teams to leverage the latest digital technology to build sustainable competitive advantage and create required traction for the product  - Course-correct if needed basis developments in external environment (updates to algorithms, learnings from competition etc.) and also changes in business priorities  - Driving the growth of amagimix.com through digital marketing and creating the sales pipeline for the commerce platform  - Generating leads through digital marketing campaigns - email, paid, content, organic  - Responsible for end-to- end management of our social media properties - postings, handling queries and boosting  - Owning the content of the website and ensuring its google search rankings (SEO) with frequent content updates through Wordpress CMS  - Creating high-level content (Infographics, videos) for the corporate advertisers with the help of design and analytics team  - Regularly measuring the digital metrics  - Handling multiple agencies/vendors such as web & marketing agency, content partners, CRM vendor and ensure the deliverables are submitted on-time  - Developing the marketing calendars - email, content and sticking to it every day  - Regularly interact with product, sales, inbound team to understand their requirements to create/manage the marketing campaigns  - Co-ordinating with designer to produce quality and relevant ad copies  Basic Qualifications  - Min 7-8 years of relevant work experience in marketing. Completed MBA from a tier I or II B-School  - Ability to execute wide-variety of marketing programs from demand generation and customer acquisition.  - Have been responsible for demand generation for B2C /B2B e-commerce platform  - An extensive experience of identifying and managing third party tools digital marketing tools as the platform scales and matures.  - Thorough knowledge of SEO, SEM, Paid, Social media (must) and Mobile marketing (desired) and engagement measurements.  - Abreast with latest and cutting edge technologies of e-commerce marketing.  - Have an understanding of SEO tools and techniques  - Hands on experience on word press CMS platform  - Comfortable with AdWords, Google Analytics, Mix Panel  - Marketing Automation experience is a must. Pardot, Marketo experience is a plus  - Have a keen eye for aesthetics, design, and UI.  - Be able to constantly straddle between strategy and execution as needed  - Strong project management skills, creative thinking, and analytical ability  - Proven success developing business, marketing planning/analysis, opportunity identification and optimizing marketing investment  - Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business  - Very strong written and verbal communication  - A desire to work in a collaborative team environment; positive attitude and enthusiasm for getting results.  - Experience managing third party vendors and external teams  - Good knowledge of running customer engagement activities on the web.  - Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and life stages  Tools that we currently use:  Wordpress CMS, Simplycast, Google Analytics, Inspectlet, Google Adwords, Mix Panel, InspectLet, FB Lookalike, Tagove.
