Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Marketing Operations to come on board and be a part of the Revenue Operations team. You will be working very closely with the Marketing teams and are expected to be responsible for providing Reporting and Business Insights on Key Marketing Metrics. You will play an active role in the strategy, design, execution and operations of marketing processes, databases, automation solutions, and tracking performance in order to plan, report, and conduct analyses. The role thrives on agility and demands a passion for data, metrics, and reporting.
- Determine and drive the marketing operations strategies and frameworks
- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, and development/automation of regular reports
- Own marketing performance analytics and reports and collaborate with marketing stakeholders for data efficacy and timely delivery
- Drive weekly, and monthly cadence management with leadership and the marketing team for a KPI health check and to keep everyone aligned
- Help the CMO to run the Marketing QBR's
- Has a solid understanding of digital marketing and can manage and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like website, social, email, live events, webinars, and online communities and their ROI and path to conversion
- Turn complex data into insightful recommendations by providing data analysis, decision support and marketing activity targets, KPIs and forecasts
- Ensure proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
You will excel at this role, if you have
- Minimum 5 years' experience in leading best-in-class -Marketing Operations with good knowledge of Marketing processes and metrics
- Strong track record of working and/or implementing marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to compose and present to leadership
- Proven ability in building and expanding new teams having Global presence
- Demonstrable expertise in secondary research techniques and strategies
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach
- Able to work and deliver under minimal supervision/independently
