Role: HR Generalist

Amagi is currently looking for an HR Generalist to deliver on key people requirements as per the HR strategy - manage the recruitment of key positions, consult with line management for key policies, processes and employee relations, and support overall HR operations.

The job entails:

- Consulting with Line Management teams (Engineering, Sales, Operations, Support functions) and guiding managers & employees on HR policies & processes

- Managing recruitment of key positions across the globe - as per business requirements

- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention, resolve employee grievances

- Driving performance management across the teams with the help of the managers

- Driving key OD initiatives like 360 Degree Feedback, team-building activities, Culture & Engagement survey, Recognition programs

- Supporting the set-up and administration of HR Information systems

- Providing support in driving employee relations' activities

- Building & maintaining relationships with external HR partners - HR software, training, etc.

- Identifying behavioral training needs for individuals and running training programs

- Actively suggesting new HR strategies

The person is expected to have:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner in an employee- facing role - supporting design and delivery of HR policies & processes

- Excellent people management skills

- Analytical, goal-oriented with an inclination towards designing new systems and processes

- Good understanding of Indian labor laws

- MBA- HR preferred
