Prestigious Client of ""Angel and Genie"" - leader in providing housing loans to individuals and corporate bodies for construction, purchase, repair and upgradation of houses. It also provides loans for commercial space, loan against property and loan for purchase of residential plots.

Position - Assistant Manager - Underwriting

Experience- 3 to 7 years

Qualification - Preferred CA / MBA (Finance)

- Underwriting for Home loans / Commercial purchase loans and Mortgagemloans of various customer profiles and also to take care of high value proposals in terms of client meetings and case preparation and presentation to Head Underwriting / Chief Risk Officer / MD / Credit committee etc.

- Adherence to targeted end to end turnaround times for sanction and disbursement and adherence to productivity targeted in terms of number of files processed / sanctioned /disbursed

- Ensuring quality in underwriting, monitoring bouncing and delinquency and sharing leanings with the team members.

- Managing various credit vendors in terms of quality / TAT / service etc

- Timely monitoring of post disbursal documents and ensuring its collection at timely and regular manner

- Ensuring regular generation of various credit MIS from the underwriting- shop and also monitoring the data accuracy of MIS. Also need to do various data analysis from the credit / business MIS

- Compliance to various credit policies and process and to have interaction with the policy / product team in terms of providing feedback / suggestions for policy matters.

- Conducting regular credit trainings to the team members and other function team members and channel partners
