AM/TL/Manager - Survey Programming Operations - Analytics Firm

Profile Description:

This person will be Accountable to meet or exceed performance expectations for Survey Programming operations catering to the Market Research business

Key Responsibilities:

OPERATIONAL

As applicable or requested, assign / allocate or oversee allocation of work to the team on a daily basis.

Prioritize daily deliverables and assist / supervise team members with planning at a project level

Oversee execution of all key projects

Review team performance on a day-to-day basis.

Ensure team adheres to client expectations, standards, guideline and procedures.

Independently execute projects / project tasks as per the procedures.

Assist in diagnosis and resolution of operational/ client issues.

Assist in preparation of client reviews.

Upon request, participate / contribute in developing / executing procedures / processes (e.g.: invoicing, developing reports)

Upon request, participate / contribute in developing services / solutions.

Upon request or as specified, participate and contribute in client calls.

PEOPLE

Participate in the selection process to ensure the right talent is selected in a timely manner.

Develop, groom, coach team members so that they are able to perform better / as per the business objectives.

Facilitate transfer of talent to other teams and absorb talent from other teams

Make sure all team members have a clear idea of what is expected of them.

Make sure all team members' performance is reviewed periodically and clear feedback is provided on a continuous basis.

Ensure timely completion of pertinent processes like KPI Setting, appraisals, etc.

Respond to and resolve employee grievance in a timely manner.

Ensure employees are highly motivated and have a high morale.
