Process Description –

- Support team of Trust Officers (“TO”), to read and interpret US legal estate planning documents. Activities include reviewing and summarizing estate planning documents, read and interpret statutory provisions and ensure compliance with federal regulatory agencies

Year of Experience – 3 to 7 years (1 Year as a Supervisor)

Education - LLB Graduates only

Skill Set –

- read and interpret statutory provisions and ensure compliance with federal regulatory agencies

- review estate planning documents and interpretation of different provisions (i.e. principal and income distribution)

- review, interpret and summarize trust documents to assist Trust Officers and office of chief fiduciary

- should have good understanding of substantive and procedural laws of India

- should be familiar with language of legal documentation

- should have excellent oral and written communication skills

The candidate is expected to deliver on the following:

Business

- to design and implement strategies and process improvements that relate to SLA consistently yielding customer satisfaction and delight – in terms of cost effectiveness, productivity gains and control

- planning and managing connect points with LOB in terms of calls and related events to ensure process health in timely organized phases

Process

- assess and track training needs, provide training opportunities and train new hires and existing staff

- manage all logistics and admin related issues (roster management / shift rotations)

- be effective in leave planning and capacity planning

- perform ad-hoc responsibilities, assigned by management

- conduct quality audits on work completed and share feedback with the respective employees and Team Leader

People

- conduct monthly meetings with employees

- keep identifying challenges in terms of process and performance and ensure orderly troubleshooting in conjunction with the management team
