3. Job Role
a. Develop & Manage critical development processes for GMT’s & GLP’s as per the young talent management program of the group
b. Training new management joinees- identification of developmental needs of young leaders, liaise with group businesses to identify areas of operation, evaluate external training programs, design and implement an effective on-boarding program
c. Draw up an effective program for talent management for the young leaders joining the group in addition to addressing prospective career plans of all new management joinees
d. Manage and implement a performance management system for all management joinees
e. Coordinate the campus and market recruitment activities of the company at major b-schools for summers, laterals and final placements
f. Design and implement a complete competency based campus evaluation process and recruitment training program for all campus panel members
4. Location – Mumbai, extensive travel involved
6. Preferred Industry – FMCG industry
7. Qualification MBA
