AM - Supply Chain Operations

- Lead a team of analysts & provides in depth expertise/analytics services for inbound Supply Chain – Source to Plant

- Holistic Solutions to drive Productivity / Cost Avoidance

- Enable Total Supply Chain decision Making

- Utilize custom and ad hoc reporting functionality to provide accessible and meaningful reports to business partners

- Understand impact of Total Landed Cost on various replenishment strategies

- Work collaboratively with stakeholders & plants located in the US

- Ensure sustained operational results in the area of service, cost and quality .Set the operational objectives for operational team and ensure that team achieves operational KPIs effectively and efficiently. Encourage team members to adopt CI mindset and ensure process excellence.

Shift Timings- 1.30 PM to 10.30 PM

Qualification-

- 2 + years in people management role, 5+ years overall supply chain experience

- BE or Science graduate in relevant area.

- MBA / PG in Supply Chain / Materials Management, Logistics or Operations desired.

Knowledge of SAP, BW, advanced excel reporting and analysis preferred.
