Job Description:
- Contribute & proactively engage with Head of Operations drive the supply chain strategy for the units.
- Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the requirements.
- Inventory Management and Asset Management for the clinic network.
- Manage activities related to tactical planning, negotiating and consolidating contracts. To identify alternative vendors base for each service head, evaluate and monitor performance.
- Understanding both the long terms & short term value drivers and priorities for the vertical and is able align to the priorities of cost control and saving realization.
- Manage and maintain documents and records to support all transactions.
- Co-ordinate with operating units for their contract requirements, gather data and analyse the same.
- Get the Technical and Commercial comparison made of various purchase items and analyze the same to finalize the most viable option.
- Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors such as product cost and quality.
Desired Profile:
- Post Graduate in Hospital Management (MHA) / MBA, Supply Chain Management with 4-5 years experience in Purchase, administration / Shared Services in healthcare companies.
- Should have through knowledge of functioning of Purchase functions of Healthcare Industry.
- Should be well versed with the drugs, consumables and pharmaceutical market.
- Should be well versed with all latest aspects of Purchase and Supply Chain
- Good knowledge of MS-Office
