Job Position: Asst Manager – Strategy & Alliances
Exp – 3 to 5 years
Location: Delhi
Education Requirement:
- MBA from a premier Institution and BE (CS, Electronics & telecom)
Preference: Experience in strategic consulting, customer/OEM interaction, Business Analysis, worked in organization with Multiple products. Market Research, Strategic Consulting, Business Analysis
Role & Responsibilities:
1) To analyze Indian Public Safety/Homeland Security Market and prepare Mid Term and Long Term Business Strategy for PSBU India
2) To regularly, analyse and understand Global trends/solutions for the Public Safety/Homeland Security market. To prepare detailed report of impact of Global events on Indian PSBU market.
3) To initiate and Maintain Alliance with strategic Partners/ System Integrators inorder to position company products/solutions
4) To understand Key Government initiatives/polices and construct company strategy/Business Plan to achieve sales from those merging policies
5) Interaction with Key Government deppts, Regulators, Policy bodies to understand the upcoming large government (center/state) initiatives. To map internal resources, products to respond to such emerging opportunities
6) Interaction with Industry Forums like CII, FICCI, Assocham to position company in the PSBU domain and develop alliance with key decision makers
7) Prepare a road map of emerging technologies for Public Safety/Homeland Security and how company can address the same.
8) Interaction with RCCP (APAC) to understand company Global roadmap and its implementation/customization for PSBU India
