Assistant Manager- Strategic Consulting (BFSI)

We are urgently looking for someone at Assistant Manager for Strategic Consulting into Integration and Transformation. Below are the details regarding the same:

CLIENT: Consulting Group

ROLE- Strategic Consultant- Integration and Transformation

LOCATION: DUBAI

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT- Candidates from IIM/ SP Jain/ XLRI / MDI only preferred

Responsibility:

Integration -

- To enable contracts for new customers/ units, driving a series of stages in the pre-sales and contracting stage.

- To conduct diagnostics for the operating units to assess current practices and performance – specifically with a view to migratability

- To convince stakeholders on the potential (operations, finance, transformation)

- To support in the pricing and service level documentation for the contract with the clients

Transformation: To drive transformation across operating units focused on implementing lean practices

- To make a detailed assessment of the lean maturity of the unit, develop and syndicate a transformation roadmap with the operations leadership with objectives and initiatives

- To drive and program manage implementation of transformation initiatives

- Implement transformation initiatives with alignment and buy in from various stakeholders

Experience:2008-2010 Batch currently associate with consulting group companies only (BIG 4) and other top consulting firms.
