We have an opening with our reputed client Leading BIG 4 consulting MNC for position of Assistant Manager -Statutory Audit.

The Big Four are the four largest international accountancy and professional services firms, which handle the vast majority of audits for publicly traded companies as well as many private companies, creating an oligopoly in auditing large companies.

Level : Assistant Manager -Statutory Audit.

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai/Delhi

Job Overview:

Responsible for carrying out the Statutory Audit as per Indian GAAP,US GAAP, IFRS Audit, Quarterly reviews of listed clients and unlisted clients in accordance with SEBI Guidelines and Tax Audit as per Income Tax Act.

Job Requirement:

Qualified CA Passout of Batch Nov 2005 -Nov 2007 ONLY APPLY -cleared Not More than 3 attempts

SHOULD BE CURRENTLY HANDLING STATUTORY AUDIT (for clients)-- MANDATORY!!
