AM/Sr Executive - Direct Tax - FMCG

We have been retained by leading company in FMCG sector.

They are looking for candidates for the post of Assistant Manager / Sr.Executive - Direct Tax.

Designation: Assistant Manager / Sr.Executive - Direct Tax.

Educational Qualification: CA or CA intern.

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Job Description::

- To ensure correctness of withholding tax/ TCS on all the transactions, including the foreign transactions with group companies or third party vendors.

- Obtain form 15CB from Chartered accountant & submission of form 15CA.

- Verification of monthly withholding Taxes & released the payment before due date.

- Filling of Quarterly TDS/TCS return with in Time.

- Issue the TDS certification on quarterly basis.

- Calculation of Deferred tax Assets/ Deferred Tax Liabilities on monthly basis.

- Obtaining the lower tax deduction certification (If any) from Tax Authorities.

- Working of Advances Tax & payment before due date.

- Work with auditors to complete the Tax audit of all the three entities & filling the Income tax returns.

- Work with auditors to complete the Transfer Pricing audit & submission TP report with authorities.

- Preparation of submission & attending the hearing with various Direct Tax authorities.

- Ensuring the compliance of Wealth Tax.

- Filling the Flip slide return both for Income Tax & Transfer Pricing for foreign entities.

- Submission of Income tax return data to group.
