- Website development & Responsible to provide after sales support to get better reliability and service ability of products to the allocate dealerships.
- Generation of business by organizing service camps.
- Attain high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring adherence to service quality standards and norms.
- Responsible to Customer concern handling and resolution in coordination with technical team/spare team/dealership.
- Responsible for warranty management.
- Educate and train dealer and dealer staff and customers on processes and troubleshooting on products and applications.
- Undertake activities like Face 2 Face events etc to boost customer satisfaction & make contacts for easy grievance redress and for creating assurance of product.
- Monitor activities like retro fitment, loading pattern analysis, aggregate life analysis and reliability etc. to improve quality of products and services delivered.
- Responsible for management of spare volumes and to execute parts order there by improve vehicle uptime.
- Conduct monthly review meeting with the dealerships and initiative to achieve business goals & managing the frontline service team.
Qualification: MBA/BE.B.Tech
Experience: 2 to 6 yrs
