Job Location - Gurgaon/ Bangalore and Mumbai

- Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective

- Handling internal & external stakeholders with strong legal acumen.

- Ability to provide proposal drafting support

- Reviewing of RFP's, Tenders, RFQ's, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc

- Updated on current legal developments and laws
