Position: Assistant Manager- Compliance & Security

Location: Noida

Job Description: a comprehensive set of Information Security requirements which are to be complied with zero non-compliances as the aim. The person in charge of the BC/DR and Assets Governance practice shall be responsible for end-to-end ownership of these processes in order to ensure compliance.

- Process design - Define the process in line with client requirements and mandates

- Process execution - manage the execution of BC / DR process, with zero defect. This includes ensuring that DR plans for projects are in place, and are tested on a periodic basis

- Process execution - manage the execution of GE supplied assets governance process, with zero defect

- Process monitoring - for Assets and Software governance, perform detailed data driven reviews to determine gaps; conduct surprise checks if necessary

- Drive execution and process design gaps to closure with stakeholders

- Provide summary reports of the control assessments to the Management

- Be available as a point of contact for queries from Accounts team

Requirements - Mandatory

- Total IT C&S experience of 6-8 yrs , 3 - 5 years of experience in Information security in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (including DR testing) and Assets Governance

Requirements - Optional

- Knowledge and exposure to tools and technologies used in Information Security field (For eg. Antivirus, IDS IPS, Vulnerability Manager, Data Loss Prevention)

- Familiarity / certifications on technical standards on security (such as NIST, CIS etc.) or ISMS (such as ISO 27001) would be a bonus

- Exposure to internal and external information security ISO 27001, PCI DSS etc.) would be an added advantage

Desired Education : Any graduate + MCA, MSC IT or BE / BTech
