Assistant Manager-Sales Planning

One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

POSITION:- Assistant Manager-Sales Planning

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Calculate and communicate constructs/quarterly thresholds and incentives for eligible sales and service employees.

- Act as the single point of contact for all certification related activities

- Liaise with Certification and Training team to ensure that the certification Scorecard is implemented.

- Co-ordinate and update headcount related data across profiles to use for SOP communication and SIP calculations.

- Liaise with employees across the sales and service force.

- Coordinate with Decision Management on automation of Incentive calculation and participate in the testing and rolling out of the same.

- One point contact for all regional reporting required on a monthly basis.

- Coordinate and communicate all awards and sales contests for Retail Banking.

DESIRED PROFILE:

- We are looking for MBA's from premier institutes with 1-4 yrs of relevant experience.
