Job responsibility :
End to End recruitment activity for sales function
Coordinating with the divisional heads to dig out the actual requirements.
Sourcing candidates through consultants, Portals, Institutes (campus selection), referral program, social network websites, etc.
Coordinate interview process
Conduct the HR interview, Salary negotiation, offer closure and release.
Maintain the databank
Completing joining formalities & conducting employee pre & post verification process.
Vendor Management (Tie ups with Placement service providers) and maintaining Cordial relationship with them.
HR Operations
Issuing various letter
Productivity analysis of sales team
Attrition analysis and management
Engagement activities for sales team
Conduct Performance Appraisals for Sales team
