Job Role:

- The Asst. Manager – Safety and Security Services contributes to Starbucks success by managing the reduction of company losses and protection of partners and assets

- Develops programs and manages Safety and Security Services team and activities

- Partners with and supports operations management to ensure partner security and enhances Starbucks profitability by preventing or minimizing loss of assets

- Planning and Execution – Assist in developing strategic and operational plans for the risk work group, managing execution, and measuring results: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- Assist in developing various financials and non-financial trends based on business parameters to analyse the exceptions

Required Experience, Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

- CA inter only with 3-5 years’ work experience in Internal Audit with knowledge in Control Audit

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

- Ability to assemble and file reports with police, courts and other government

- Exposure to fraud investigation
