Job Description

Skills required: Good knowledge of IUC/Network elements/Roaming/Prepaid and postpaid billing systems

Job Responsibilities:

IUC-

- To handle IUC operator dispute

- To ensure timely and correct Invoice validation

- To monitor Traffic pay trend analysis

- To monitor IUC Cost Vs Subscriber Charging as per billing/IN

- To monitor MOU reconciliation (Interconnect Vs retail billing and Network Vs Billing)

- To ensure New TG validations

- To ensure New level opening

- To perform validation for Network change management Roaming-

- To monitor Inroaming/outroaming trend

- To perform Rating Validation - TAPIN / TAPOUT

- To perform validations for New Roaming Operator Launch

- To perform Reconciliation of TAPIN vs IN system CDR's

RAS KPI monitoring:

- To Ensure all RAS KPI are monitored with defined frequency and all discrepancies are escalated for closure.

- To ensure publishing Daily dashboard

Prepaid/postpaid Configuration:

- To perform Validation of prepaid and postpaid billing configurations.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

- Post Graduate (MBA) with 2 – 5 years of experience
