We are looking for Asst. Manager HR (Regional - Sales & Marketing) for our client.

Designation: Assistant Manager – HR (Regional Sales & Marketing).

Work Experience: Require MALE Candidates with minimum 2-4 yrs.of experience as HR Partner- Sales & Marketing and are currently in a regional role with any FMCG or FMCD companies .

Job Role:

- Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect staff.

- Manpower Management

- Drive People Agenda in sales team through pre-planned reach

- Performance Management & Development

- Compensation Management

- Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.

- Education: MBA in HR from any reputed institute but from regular curricular.

- Experience: 2 to 4 years as HR in a FMCG/ Consumer Durable Company.
