Managing end to end hiring for the business
- SPOC for all the hiring needs for India Business which has 1200+ employees.
- Managing Middle and Senior level hiring for all business processes.
- Working closely with the business to understand the requirements and cater to the regular hiring need
- Emphasizing on hiring through non-conventional sources i.e. Referrals, Sourcing through Job Boards, Social Media etc.
- Responsible to minimize the dependency on agency hiring.
- Managing end to end recruitments across the business.
- Hiring Middle and Senior level talent for different LOBs (Consulting, Audits, Analytics, Finance etc).
- Working closely with Internal & External stakeholders to understand the hiring needs and ensuring on time delivery.
- Plan resource and staffing requirements based on business projections.
- Responsible for effectively utilizing all the sourcing channels for hiring.
- Relationship Management with Assessment partners.
- Interacting with Businesses on regular intervals for hiring updates
- Interacting with channel partners on a regular basis to update them with the business requirements and make them understand the changes in the profiling.
- Ensuring delivery on commitment by each channel partner and manage maximum voice throughput.
- Managing Internal Job postings (IJP Movements)
Qualification- MBA HR
Experience 5-7 yrs of exclusive experience in Recruitment and hiring.
