Assistant Manager - Recruitment - Mumbai
- Managing Recruiting cycle (process)
- Managing the manpower requirements.
- Identifying the candidates through various consultants, references, portals, Head hunting etc.
- Recruitment across all level
- To ensure timely and effectively closure of open vacancies in the particular business unit or as effectively managing TAT as per the management.
- Maintaining and updating Employee information in MIS on a regular time period.
- Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes.
- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems
- Preparing and providing reports of Employees, Headcount, Budgeting and costing, Payroll, MIS and Analytics on HR Metrics.
- To be a business partner and maintain good employee relations with my business unit and participate in all developmental meetings with respect to the Business Unit.
- To be the single point of contact for the employee of my particular business unit.
- Maintaining, Updating and reporting for rewards and recognition schemes in practice.
- To effectively work on the progress of formulation and implementation of new policies and procedures.
