AM - Reconciliation - Bank

We have an opportunity with a leading MNC Bank for Assistant Manager Reconciliation role

The key responsibilities are mentioned below:

- ATM operations covering withdrawal reconciliation, deposit reconciliation, association settlement and IMPS transaction reconciliation

- Manage third party service provider performing transaction processing and account management for ATM reconciliation, association settlement and IMPS processes

- Responsible for overall management and supervision of the daily operations carried out by the service provider

- Given the complex nature of accounting framework, the role requires assessment of emerging risks and controls.

- Being a real time transaction processing the entire operations is highly technology dependent and requires detailed knowledge of the system architecture.

- The role also requires a highly engaged and hands-on approach to manage large volume of transactions, assessing adequacy of controls, sound accounting knowledge, adherence to company's proofing guidelines, efficient inter-personal skills and ability to identify re-engineering opportunities.

Candidate Specifications:

- Hands-on experience in managing ATM reconciliation for a large network

- Detailed knowledge of system architecture of the ATM network

- Able to manage a large team of outsourced employees and track their performance

- Should be able to develop a sound control and compliance environment

We are looking for CA-1st or 2nd attempt with 1-3 years experience with strong accounting skills / ATM Reconciliation / Controlling/Vendor management/Back-end work or MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutes with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
