Qualification - Regular MBA/PG Diploma

Work Experience - 5 to 6 years of relevant experience into R&D, Research, Product & Packaging development.

Preferred Industry - Candidates from FMCG industry only

Gender - Female

Competencies Required - Candidate must posses good communication skills, interpersonal and analytical skills and should be comfortable with travelling.

Should have hand on experience on -

1. Product & Packaging development

2. Packaging operation encompassing Design & Development, Conceptualization of marketing brief and translating the same in tangible Packaging

3. Entailing analyzing & developing packaging samples

4. Experience in vendor identification, development and analytical assessment, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness

5. Customization Packaging, Packaging Innovation,

6. Vendor & Supplier management,

7. Suppliers capability building
