AM - Product Planning & Distribution - FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and Planning for raw material / FG within budget as per plant requirements

- Preparing initial material plan based on the forecast, Forecasting orders for the next month based on the previous orders & other market trends for ensuring Zero line stoppage

- Controlling inventory by constantly reviewing stock

- Transport & Effective distribution management

- Reviewing schedule given to vendors by sub-ordinates for ensuring timely delivery of material, ensure no obsolence of material i.e. any creation of dead and slow moving items

- Periodically coordination with central strategic sourcing to avoid supplier issues and ensure GRN closure with in 24 hrs of receipt of Goods, ensure tracking of commodity price movement as of till supplementary invoices / credit notes submitted to finance, day to day liasioning with internal customer specially raise alarm in advance in case of material not available as per plan.

- Coordinating with the Sales & Production team for understanding the requirement .

Experience and Qualification :

- Engineering Graduate/ Accounts Graduate with 4/6 years of experience, preferably Sales/Commercial Accounting in FMCG format companies.
